Neil Redfearn targets Premier League with Rotherham

Asked whether he could see Rotherham in the top division he said: "Definitely so. As recently as last season Bournemouth got themselves up there. "I played for Barnsley, who were unfashionable at this level at the time and got into the Premier League. "This is a club that's capable of going on to the next level - that's what excites me, and it's a real challenge. Redfearn was one of three men to manage Leeds in last season's Championship and was replaced by Uwe Rosler in May. He initially stayed on at Elland Road having been offered his old role as academy boss but left in July after claiming his position had become "untenable". "It was a great learning curve," he said. "It's probably one of the biggest clubs in the country, Leeds, and we managed to turn it round and introduce a lot of talented young players."
